Ho un appartamento che affitto per brevi periodi, e all'inizio pensavo che il difficile fosse trovare gli ospiti. Sbagliato: il difficile è tutto il resto. Le pulizie tra un check-out e l'altro, la lavanderia, il tecnico quando qualcosa si rompe all'improvviso. Ti ritrovi a fare telefonate a caso e a sperare che qualcuno risponda. Con Keyo ho trovato in un posto solo i fornitori giusti, gente abituata a lavorare con gli affitti brevi che sa già come funziona. Li confronto, scelgo quello che fa per me e lo contatto direttamente. Basta cercare nel mucchio. Per uno come me, che non fa questo di mestiere ma ha una casa da gestire, è esattamente lo strumento che mancava.
